This little cutie was one of my favorite newborn shoots this past summer. Sometimes trying to convince clients to let me get their little ones outside into a more natural setting for newborn portraits can be tricky...but her Mamma was excited to let me use my creative vision for this shoot and I had been eyeing that Boardwalk out at Hovander Park in Ferndale for years with a shot like this in mind. I just could never get anyone to do it! I LOVE taking pictures of new life...out amongst nature...it just feels "Right"...We got my "Dream shot" and then headed to Hovander Park and snapped a few more. Here are my favorites from this quick little outdoor newborn session.
